After several days of searching, a man Florida police had dubbed “The Manbun Creeper,” was arrested. He man was caught on camera using his cell phone to take up-skirt photos of unsuspecting women at local grocery stores. Officials released security video of the offender on Monday, and after receiving dozens of tips, they tracked down the perverted hipster.
