A woman in Pontiac, Michigan, is accused of shooting and killing her boyfriend inside their home May 11th. The 34-year-old was in court on Monday for four criminal counts which include first-degree murder, two counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and felon possession of a firearm. Police said they found multiple shell casings near the victim, along with a semi-automatic handgun. In 2011, Talley pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny in a building and assault on a prison employee. Police say she was discharged from parole in 2016.
