Things Got Chippy In Game 2 Of The Bruins-Leafs

The Boston Bruins and Maple Leafs game 2 on Saturday night ended with a 4 to 1 win for Boston, but it was very physical! The game on Saturday had 83 hits between both teams and that didn’t have an overtime period. This is why I love the playoffs, let the players play and refs swallow the whistles.

Something’s are inexcusable like the hit that Kadri had were he cross checked Jake DeBrusk in the head (tweet below). Then there was this knee-on-knee collision between Kadri and DeBrusk that Kardi thought was on purpose, but Kadri did move into the knee trying to do a juke move.
