In baseball, there’s a set of unwritten rules that you’re supposed to know and follow even if you’re in the minor leagues. Twins top prospect Royce Lewis learned that Thursday night after he hit a double in the fifth inning. Lewis thought the ball should’ve gone over the fence and started doing push-ups on second base. The announcer said that Lewis was “hot doggin’ it” but the Fort Myers Miracle tweeted that Lewis was punishing himself for not hitting it over. The pitcher was offended by that and threw a heater behind Lewis in his next at-bat.
