STAIND's AARON LEWIS has announced preliminary dates for his next solo acoustic tour.  The first show will take place on New Year's Day outside of Las Vegas.  Fourteen shows are currently scheduled through February 25th, with more expected to be added.  As he's done on past tours, Lewis is concentrating on stops at casinos across the country.

In other news, Lewis will make an appearance next year on The Outdoor Channel series Dream Season Celebrity -- a celebrity version of the reality hunting show Dream Season.  Stars will be paired with non-celebrities in the competition, and the Staind frontman will be trying to win prize money for the Catch-A-Dream Foundation, which grants hunting and fishing experiences to children with life-threatening illness.
