The $20 million lawsuit against MARILYN MANSON by his former keyboard player MADONNA WAYNE GACY will finally get its day in court.  A Los Angeles Superior Court judge confirmed Thursday that the trial will commence on November 30th, even though Manson will be touring Europe through December 21st.  Manson is expected to testify between the 21st and Christmas.

Manson's attorneys have been successful in delaying the trial for well over a year for various reasons, including last May's release of Manson's album The High End of Low and the attendant publicity and touring. The suit itself was filed over two years ago.

Gacy, whose birth name is STEPHEN BIER, is suing Manson for breach of contract, alleging that Manson used band money to purchase personal items like Nazi paraphernalia and an engagement ring for his now ex-wife, DITA VON TEESE.
