A Fox affiliate in Conneticut did a piece on Women's Day at the state capitol in Hartford. I'm sure the video editor was told to find a bunch a b-roll (the video that is used as filler to provide context) to fill the story. Looks like he never looked at the tape before he put it in. Maaaaaybe should have done that.
