Mark Tremonti is on the road right now promoting his first-ever solo album, All I Was, but he's also ready to get down to business with his other band, Alter Bridge. The guitarist says that Alter Bridge has "about five songs outlined" for a new album, and that "all of them are kind of real high-energy, just real fun rock/metal. We want to not be predictable; we want to make it a little surprising, and we're having fun with it." Tremonti also said that Alter Bridge plans to return to the studio in late April and record throughout the summer, and then hit the road in September.
