Eight police officers in South Africa after they 'allegedly' bound a taxi driver to a police vehicle, and dragged him several miles until the man died. The taxi driver, who was from Mozambique, was arrested for parking illegally, causing a traffic jam, and then resisting arrest. The majority of the incident was caught on video.
