When Motley Crue Says Farewell, They'll Mean It
3:16PM Saturday

When the day comes that Motley Crue plays their last song live, and takes their final bow, you know it will never happen again.  This according to Nikki Sixx:  "It's important that when you do a farewell tour that people understand. When you put a bullet in the back of the horse's head and it goes down, it's not a plastic bullet – it's a f**king shotgun blast.  Blow its f**king brains out. It's never coming back."

And he admits he's already emotional about that moment, even though he's not yet sure when it will take place.

He went on to say the Crue would be done after completing work on their movie version of The Dirt and releasing its soundtrack, recording a last record then hitting the road one more time.  All more the reason to catch them on tour this summer, notably at Rock Fest, July 18-21st in Cadott, WI.
