Sure, it might suck that people go to concerts and watch the entire thing through their phone’s screen.

This time around, we’re fine with it. There’s no way the fans could have known, as they recorded Chris Cornell’s final show, that that was sadly the case.

But, we’re happy to be able to see Chris Cornell’s final performance. (We hesitate to call it Soundgarden’s final performance, since we don’t know what the remaining members plan to do. It’s hard to imagine a Soundgarden carrying on with a different singer, but some bands have made it work.Such as AC/DC with Brian Johnson, or even Alice In Chains with William DuVall.)
