The Minnesota United earned a much needed three points in a wild win over the Philadelphia Union on Wednesday night. After the Loons scored in the 41st minute, the Union tied it up minutes later, and went ahead in the second half. Robin Lod, just off the bench, scored to make it 2-2, and then Franco Fragapane gave the United a third and winning goal in the 67th minute.
With four games left in the regular season, Minnesota United play again at home on Saturday night against LAFC, fighting from fifth place into the playoffs.
