BIG THIEF – DOUBLE INFINITY
Big Thief‘s sixth studio album, Double Infinity, serves as the band’s follow-up to their acclaimed Grammy-nominated 2022 album, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You. The album is the first LP the band has made as a trio following the departure of bassist Max Oleartchik.

DAVID BYRNE – WHO IS THE SKY?
David Byrne‘s album Who Is the Sky? features collaborations with St. Vincent, Hayley Williams of Paramore, and Tom Skinner of The Smile. It is the former Talking Heads singer’s first new album since 2018’s American Utopia.

IVY – TRACES OF YOU
Ivy‘s new album Traces of You is their first in 14 years and features songs built from unreleased demos and fragments recorded with the band’s late co-founder, Adam Schlesinger (Fountains of Wayne). The record is a tribute to Schlesinger and includes his contributions on every track, with other musicians like drummer Joey Waronker (Beck/Roger Waters/Atoms for Peace) also appearing.

SHAME – CUTTHROAT
Shame‘s Cutthroat was produced by Grammy-winning producer John Congleton (2014 self-titled album from St. Vincent) and is described as a pure distillation of the band’s essence. The record follows their 2023 release, Food for Worms, and includes the blistering title track, which was written with the band’s high-energy live shows in mind.

SLIPKNOT – SLIPKNOT (25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION)
The 25th anniversary edition of Slipknot‘s self-titled album includes 46 bonus tracks, with 40 of them previously unreleased, such as alternate mixes, demos, and live performances from 1999-2000.

SUEDE – ANTIDEPRESSANTS
Suede‘s Antidepressants, the band’s tenth studio album, was produced by Ed Buller, who also worked on their highly-regard first three albums; Suede (1993), Dog Star Man (1994) and Coming Up (1996).
Frontman Brett Anderson describes Antidepressents as their “post-punk record,” a collection of “broken music for broken people” that explores themes of anxiety and disconnection in modern life.

WINONA FIGHTERS – MY APOLOGIES TO THE CHEF (DELUXE)
Winona Fighter‘s debut album, My Apologies to the Chef was originally released on Valentine’s Day 2025. This week, they are releasing a 31-track deluxe edition featuring the original album, acoustic versions of every album track, and covers of the Beastie Boys‘ “Sabotage” and Violent Femmes‘ “Blister in the Sun.”
