South Korean Cat-Masked Woman Arrested After Meowing Her Way Through a Knife Threat

A woman wearing a cat mask and wielding knives was arrested at a store in South Korea, after she threatened employees and children. When asked why she did it, the woman, who was later found to have a mental illness, only responded by saying “meow.”
