Kasper Lincoln, a British Columbia man was pulled over and arrested after police spotted him driving a child’s Barbie Jeep on a main road. According to police and a legal expert, driving an unlicensed and uninsured motorized vehicle, even a toy, is a public safety risk and a violation of the law. Despite the legal issues and an arrest for a DUI, Lincoln plans to fight the ticket.
