FUCKED UP – YEAR OF THE GOAT
Year of the Goat is the penultimate installment in Fucked Up‘s ambitious, decades-spanning “Zodiac Series” of concept albums, featuring a single 50-minute song that pushes the boundaries of hardcore with elements of prog-rock, psychedelia, and soundscapes. The album serves as the first part of the three-album, ten-part finale Grass Can Move Stones, a massive narrative work following the characters Monkey (Damian Abraham) and Good Goat (Tuka Mohammed) on a journey of self-discovery.

IDLES – CAUGHT STEALING (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK)
IDLES‘ first-ever film soundtrack for the Darren Aronofsky crime thriller Caught Stealing features their performance of the entire score, composed by Rob Simonsen, which the band renders with minimal, motorik drums and distorted guitars for a unique sound. The album also features five original IDLES tracks, including the anxious post-punk single “Rabbit Run” and a cover of Junior Marvin‘s “Police & Thieves” (popularized by The Clash) channeling the gritty, defiant energy of the film’s 1990s New York City punk scene. The physical CD & vinyl editions arrive on December 19th.
