Canadian collective Broken Social Scene return with Remember the Humans, their first album of all‑new material since 2017’s Hug of Thunder, which previously reached #3 on the US indie charts.
The album reunites the collective with producer David Newfeld (2002’s You Forgot It in People, 2005’s Broken Social Scene) and includes contributions from beloved bandmember Feist on “Not Around Anymore” and Hug of Thunder outtake “What Happens Now.”

SOCIAL DISTORTION – BORN TO KILL
Social Distortion’s Born to Kill is the first new music from the band since 2011’s Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes. Featuring guest appearances from Lucinda Williams and Benmont Tench (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers), the new release also contains a cover of Chris Isaak‘s “Wicked Game.”
In a recent interview, bandleader Mike Ness said two tracks on Born to Kill, (“No Way Out” and “Don’t Keep Me Hanging On”) began as unfinished demos from 1996’s White Light, White Heat, White Trash era.
