Mudvayne has released their first new song in 16 years, titled “HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE.” The single was released after the band signed with Alchemy Recordings for their upcoming sixth studio album. The song, which features an intense scream from vocalist Chad Gray, delves into the cyclical nature of human pain and the tendency to project it onto others. Gray explains that he wrote the song as a personal reminder to break this cycle and focus on self-love.
The new single’s release coincides with the band’s 25th-anniversary tour for their debut album, L.D. 50, which will also feature Static-X and Vended.
