BRUCE DICKINSON – THE MANDRAKE PROJECT
The Mandrake Project is Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson‘s first solo album since 2005’s Tyranny of Souls, and features for the first time ever, a guitar solo performed by Dickinson himself.
He explained to Loudwire that guitarist/producer Roy Z made him record demo versions of the album’s guitar parts with the intention of Roy Z performing them on the finished product. Roy Z sneakily left parts of Dickinson’s actual guitar playing on the album.
