The Minnesota United were upset in the US Open Cup Tournament Round of 16 on May 25th, losing 2-1 to the USL League One Champions, Union Omaha. After an early goal from Adiran Hunou the Loons could not hold the lead despite an overwhelming possession advantage during the game.
